Argo Foundation

The Argo Foundation has prepared a special program to celebrate Easter.
We had a beautiful party with lots of harmony and joy, everything was made especially for children. The party was a success.
There were many games, snacks and many chocolates that made them happy.
With the support and donations from our sponsors and parents we were also able to give an Easter chocolate for each one.
We have much to thank each one who donated their time and affection to make this day so special.

Homage to WOMEN

On International Women’s Day – March 8th, we worked on the importance of Women’s Day and why this date is so significant for every woman. We hold a conversation wheel to know the point of view of each one, we debate this remarkable date and its happenings. We paid tribute to the women of Argo fruit, we sang and we gave a souvenir for each one created by the children themselves.

International Day against Racial Discrimination.
The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination was established by the United Nations and is celebrated on March 21 in reference to the Sharpeville Massacre.
On that day we work in a wheel to talk about the prior knowledge of each student. Explaining the origin of Racial Discrimination, and why we hit all of us and what we have to do to change and erase discrimination.
The children worked through a poster with the theme: “What is the color of Brazil” even though it is an internationally celebrated date, we try to get the children to think about the positives and negatives of the country where they live.
